CareQuest Institute Legacy Website
In December 2025, CareQuest transitioned to a new website and learning management system (LMS) to host our education offerings. This legacy site will be available through March 31, 2026, for learners to access and download CE certificates they earned before the transition.
Important Transition Details
A few important details regarding the switch to the new platform:
Past Learning Activity
Historical data from the previous system has not been migrated. You will start with a clean slate in the new system.
In-Progress Courses
If you had a course in progress on the legacy site, unfortunately, you will need to restart that course in the new system.
Past CE/Certificates
If you need access to transcripts or certificates from completed learning activities before December 2025, please visit the legacy My Learning page.
